About the Role


As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will really get the opportunity to drive the business from the inside out! You will report directly into the Sales Director and gain exposure to all aspects of the sales organisation from an internal perspective. Your role plays an instrumental part in assisting the sales team in achieving the strategic and tactical goals of the organisation. You will be the primary stakeholder in ensuring the development and transition to an full insight driven selling sales organisation.


What you will do

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, customer presentations and business reviews
  • Create monthly and weekly sales reports in conjunction with the marketing team using market insight data
  • Identify and provide recommendations to streamline sale processes and drive efficiency
  • Lead Retailer business planning and joint business planning (JBP) processes
  • Implement PMR (Price Margin Realisation) initiatives in key account  
  • Coordinate S&OP, profit planning and LRP processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team
  • Provide support regarding national accounts and customer orders
  • Create, Implement and control - insight driven sales process model  
  • Provided project management assistance to support business expansion and new customer rollouts
  • Participate in sales meetings, product seminars and other events throughout Australia and New Zealand as required


What you need to succeed

  • University degree in business or related field
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate skill level (Excel advanced)
  • Polished communication both written and verbally
  • Experience in office administration
  • Proven relationship management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills & Attention to detail
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated Initiative
