About the Role

 

As a customer service officer, you will be the first point of contact with our consumers answering a high volume of inbound calls in an efficient and professional manner as well as responding to enquiries received via email. By using your excellent telephone and email manner, listening effectively and communicating clearly, you will assist our consumers to resolve any queries they may have. 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound, make outbound customer calls and respond to customer emails in an efficient and professional manner, seeing each customer 
  • Use Salesforce to accurately record and process all customer interactions
  • Be responsible for all Customer process and communication regarding:
    • Service and warranty 
    • Product troubleshooting 
    • Customer order queries
    • General product enquiries 
    • Proactively promote KitchenAid products to increase sales revenue
  • Use initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality of work in areas of responsibility.
  • Adhere to and Promote KitchenAid Australia values and organizational accountabilities  

Selection Criteria : 

  • Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience
  • Higher School Certificate (Year 12)  
  • Intermediate Google Suite skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Sales Force Experience (not essential)
