Everything on Expr3ss! is accessible by all but the oldest PCs and Macs. Supported minimum web browsers on PC are Internet Explorer (6, 7 & 8), Mozilla Firefox (2+ & 3+), Opera (9+) and Google Chrome.
Mac users will need OSX plus Mozilla Firefox (2+ & 3+), Safari 4+ or Google Chrome.
It's often easiest simply to make us a "trusted site" in your browser's set-up, as follows…
Internet Explorer 6+
From the Menu Bar, select Tools -> Internet Options. A window opens… select the "Security" tab, click the green "Trusted Sites" tick icon… then click the "Sites" button. A window opens… enter https://expr3ss.com in the box, click the "Add" button and then click the "OK" button. Click the "OK" button in the original window.
From the Menu Bar, select Tools -> Options. A window opens… click the "Privacy" tab icon. "Ensure the Accept Cookies from Sites" box is ticked and that the "Keep until" selector has either "they expire" or "I close Firefox" selected. Click the OK button.
If you have a proprietary firewall product running on your computer, you may need to make us a trusted site there too. See the manufacturer's instructions for details of how to do this.
Expr3ss! aims to make applying for a job as quick and easy as possible. Please take care to be accurate and complete… a few moments care will ensure that your time is well spent.
Please be sure to enter your email address accurately. We need a phone number for you as well, just in case.
If your Résumé is ready, you can upload it (make sure it's of a permitted file type and less than 2.0 Megabytes in size, please)
If you choose to type in your Résumé, simple formatting is available along with a quick preview of what you've already typed. Just click the "Format Help and Preview" link.
KitchenAid Australia Pty Ltd may require that some simple questions be answered as a part of your Application. You'll find them at the bottom of the Application form.
Once you've completed the form, click once on the "Submit Application" button to send it in.
You will see a success screen and Expr3ss! will send you an acknowledgment email
KitchenAid Australia Pty Ltd may also require other forms to be completed along with the Application form. The commonest of these is the Expr3ss! Checklist. It's very simple and takes only a few minutes to complete. Please ensure you do complete it… if KitchenAid Australia Pty Ltd require it, your Application may not be progressed until you do.
If you don't have time to complete the Checklist when you're applying, simply follow the link in the email we'll send you as soon as possible afterwards.
We accept files of types: .doc, .htm, .html, .mdi, .pub, .pdf, .rtf, .wps, which covers just about everyone. If you have been asked for a photograph we also acccept file types .gif, .jpg, .tiff, .psd. We'll tell you if the file type you're uploading is not allowed.
The file size of your Résumé or photo file must not exceed 2.0 Megabytes. You can ascertain this in advance from your file's properties. So please ensure that your file is less than 2.0 Megabytes in size. This is ample even for resumes containing photos.
We cannot tell you in advance if your file is too big. We can only ascertain this after it's been temporarily uploaded. If your file exceeds 2.0 Megabytes it will cause your Application to fail, sorry.
Your application will fail if your resume is too big! If your resume file is bigger than 2.0 Megabytes, try compressing any pictures in it, they are usually the culprit. In MS Word you right click the picture, select Format Picture -> Picture -> Compress (use compress for screen).
Additionally, Microsoft Office allows you to "print" your document to a file in .mdi format that typically further reduces the file size by more than 60%.
Sadly Apple devices are not able to attach files other than images to any web application.
If the employer requires a resume then either cut-and-paste the text into the text box on the application form or complete your application using a computer.
The mobile version of Expr3ss! can be used to submit the first stage of your application but uploading a resume file is not possible from an iOS device… it's an Apple thing, sorry!
If you are experiencing technical difficulty in completing the Application process, this is almost certainly due to factors local to your computer or network.
Application difficulties (e.g. error messages, application hangs etc) are almost always due to Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) settings or to a firewall on your computer or network.
Firstthese instructions, then close all open browser windows (including this one).
Re-open your browser and choose the instructions for the browser you are using.
Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9
- Ensure that pop-up windows are allowed for expr3ss.com.
- » Go to Tools -> Pop Up Blocker -> Pop up Blocker settings
- » Enter *.expr3ss.com in the box at the top and click the "Close" button
- Trust [Whitelist] expr3ss.com
- » Go to Tools -> Internet Options and click the Security tab
- » Click on the Green Tick that says "Trusted Sites"
- » Click the "Sites" button
- » Add https://www.expr3ss.com to the top box
- » Click the "Close" button
- » Click the "OK" button in the Security window
- Clear Temporary Internet Files
- » Go to Tools -> Internet Options and click the General tab
- » Under "Browsing History", click the "Delete" button
- » In the panel that opens, remove all ticks except "Temporary Internet Files"
- » Click the "Delete" button
- » Click the "OK" button in the Security window
Internet Explorer 10
- Switch to "Desktop View" and then follow the steps above for IE7, 8, 9
- Clear current browsing data
- » Click the "Three Bar" icon (top right) and then click "Settings"
- » Click the "Show Advanced Settings…" link at the bottom
- » Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button
- » Go to the "Obliterate the following items from:" drop down list
- » In that list, select "From the beginning of time"
- » Untick all the boxes and then tick only the "Empty the Cache" box
- » Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button
- Clear Recent History [Cache]
- » Go to Tools -> Clear Recent History…
- » Under "Time range to clear" ensure "Everything" is chosen
- » Under Details, remove all ticks except for "Cache"
- » Click the "OK" button
- Clear Cache
- » Click on the "Cog" Symbol [top right] and select "Preferences"
- » The Preferences Pane opens…
- » Click the "Privacy" Tab
- » Under "Block Cookies", select "From third parties and advertisers"
- » Close the Preferences Panel
Copy and paste the following link into your web browser to access the Jobs again…
Then when you are on the Job Application page again:
- For PC: hold down CTRL [the Control key], then press the R key
- For Mac hold down the CMD [Command] and SHIFT keys, then press the R key
- » The page reloads
- » Wait until the page has reloaded fully
- » Then please re-try your application
If you still have difficulty in submitting your application, this will be a firewall or network issue that we are unable to assist with, sorry. Please contact your network administrator to have them trust [whitelist] https://www.expr3ss.com or offer other assistance.
it's always best to use our in-built video recorder / uploader because we detect your connection speed and compress the video to best suit your connection.
To record your video later on your computer, smart phone or other mobile device, first complete the remainder of your Application and submit it.
Then look for the email we will send you with a link to complete your video.
Follow the link in that email using your computer, smart phone or other mobile device and record your video using our in-built recorder/uploader. We will match your video to your application… easy!
Although you can record the video on your mobile first, we do not recommend this as upload times can be extreme. When you record directly using our in-built systems, we compress your video to match your connection speed. If you choose to upload your own video, follow the link and then upload your pre-recorded video from your mobile device. Please be patient whilst your video uploads this way, it can take a long time!
Expr3ss! is not a recruiter. Our customers are the recruiters.
So, we are sorry, we cannot advise about the progress of any Application…we just don't know
Most of our customers do send an acknowledgment email as soon as you apply but you may only hear from them again if you are successful. We are very sorry if you hear nothing further but we are totally unable to help you in this regard.

To log in, you must have a Registered Email Address and a password. Please type your Registered Expr3ss! Email Address in the box on the login page.
This is the email address notified to you by the person who created your login. It will be in a confirmatory email that should have been sent to you when they created a login for you.
If you are an Applicant for a Job or seeking to express interest in a Position or have been directed here to complete the Expr3ss! Checklist Expr3ss! Checklist then a login is not required. If that is your purpose here, we are sorry… you are in the wrong place. So please close the login window and then use the exact link that was provided to you. You should then be taken to a page that will display the Job that you are seeking.
If you know your Registered Email Address, we can email a new Password to you. Please enter the Email Address in the box and then click the "Forgot Your Password" link below the login button.
